in an emergency, can you put a smaller tank 20LB and hook a regulator into the supply line to your home LP water heater, does this call for a high or low pressure regulator,
any additional info?
thank you, denlyn

LP tanks must be placed outside of the home so you better buy a long hose. You will also need a bigger tank than a 20 pounder if you plan on using much hot water since if the outside temperature is cold the pressure in the small LP tank will drop and the water heater will not work. I would take that off your list of things to do in a emmergency.
