not sure how to explain wut halog cream is lol.. my mom has been using it for a while and when i asked her what cream to use to lighten my knees and elbows.. she recommended it.. Its very effective and works.. strong 2.. u have to get it as a prescription but this beauty shop around me sells it so i'm lucky but to expensive for me to use it twice a day everyday on my whole body alone so i mix it with my hq.

beginning of the second week of my lightening regime LOL... i havent noitced any peeling so far so i think my body is not sensitive to hq.. it does not have hq in it but has halocinocide.. a steroid... I'm not sure if u can buy it on ebay but if u google it, u can find a site that sells it.. If u want to use it, be careful.. its very strong but dont expect to see results immediately and use a plastic glove when rubbing it on ur body.. if not ur palms will turn brown.. i learned the hard way..lol. The cream was made to help patients with ezcema and other skin diseases but people use it for lightening and black spots etc lol..the beauty store i go to sells 30g for $16 and i saw online u can buy the 720 grams for $189 but not sure how reliable the company is....

oh my! my derma gave me a cream elside i think it( cancer causing) was for dermatitis it was also a steroid. he wanted to give me a steroid shot also....(didnt want to gain weight).. maybe he knew what he was talking about. this was suppose to help w my spots

I just ordered the hot movate gel online.. will add it to my regimen of halog and hq 40%.. lightening is alot of work and time consuming not to mention expensive lol. my body is a chocolate caramel swirl lol.. my hands and wrists have been peeling like crazy and are becoming really light... my neck is like three diff shades... my chest is really light.. my back is darker.. etc.. i just want an even skin tone.. i dont care about bleaching really... just want to even out my tone more than anything...i'll keep doing my regimen and see how it goes.

i bought HQ 10% at greatskin.com a few year back it did get job on my skin the company no longer sale it cause of the law that went in effect.

my skin was smooth as hell no break out.. since than i been using bio claire it keep my skin light but i get break out from it.. i want to stop using it and go by HQ but i cant find the high percentage ones for nothing.. the 2% 4% does nothing for me.
