Hi,

I was on in US H1B visa for 2 months. My Employer has a fixed base in US.
All taxes i.e. federal income tax, social securty tax, medicare tax and state income tax were deducted at source. Cannot I file a tax return online?

Thanks,
Meha

You will file nonresident tax return. It can not be efiled. You can deduct traveling expenses.

You can also deduct your daily living expenses if your employer did not reimburse you with tax-free money.
