There was a thread once where a poster said :

'well i saw a feature in t.v. about natural cures to dark elbows and knees, and they said that rubbing milk dipped in a cotton ball over the area for a few minutes is effective coz milk contains a certain ingredient that lightens skin. since dermatologists were the ones saying it, i think you should give this one a try.hope this helps"

There was not reply- so who knows if this works.

Also try exfoliating, there are also skin lightening lotions for you hands.

By the way, welcome to AMHD.

I agree, exfoliating and creams will help, but not over night. You will probably get results in about 6 weeks or so. Try creams that has over 2% hydracronin (sp)
