Regardless of how you spell biceps, it would be better if you answer the question rather then slating my spelling!

There is no quick way to build up biceps. The secret is to follow a plan on a regular training schedule. The Internet is full of web sites that give hints and helps and exercises and weight training advice. Here's one site --
