BlackSkinGirl Apr 3, 2009, 02:10 PM :confused:I am new to this site & am currently researching products to begin my journey.
Yesterday, I met w/ a dermatolgist who charged $300 for my 1st sesseion...I have 5 more($300.00/ per sessions).
I can not afford that.... I tossed & turned all night disturbed about paying that much money for 1 session...not to mention my financial reality.
I have ance scars on 80% of my face.
I was wondering if the skin lightner would be a better choice.
Please advaise.
krazycee07 Apr 8, 2009, 12:07 AM definately, i think you should try chemicals peels, they work great, i do a weekly 30% glycolic acid peel, and every night i uses dr. varons bleaching system, my acne marks has deminished like 80% in 2 mos.

Izabellea May 17, 2009, 10:32 PM Agreed! Glycolic acid peels and products are absoultely great! Just make sure you take proper precautions before and after, and use tons of sunscreen during your treatments. Glycolic acid and the obaguie system are what I recommend to my clients, have used myself, and swear by!
Good luck!

I am just now seeing this post, but I am so glad. I always had beautiful skin but for some reason, over the years the side of my face has a huge black spot on it and it really makes me feel horrible. Lately it has been spreading to the other side of my face(small on that side) and it is too the point that the unaffected areas are abnormally fair in complexion. :(
I am going to look into the chemical peel because, although I have had minimal success with HQ products only, I feel I could use that extra boost. Thanks again for the post.:)
