i can't wax my chest,i have small hairs on my chest(those largest must be around 1 cm long),when i apply wax and try to remove them,they are not removed,instead they are broken from somewhere and few of them,very little are removed.i feel extreme pain,anybody please help me.

You should get a body trimmer and shave off the chest hair.
