I am working in VB 6.0, I am facing issue with ATM Terminal tool, F1to F12 keys are not working with the same. Please help me to with code of logically so that I can resolve this issue this is very urgent. Thank in advance.

Can you post some code that you're trying to use? Also, what do you want the F keys to do that they aren't currently doing?
