Hello Everyone,

I am trying to quit the disqusting smoking and beer habit! A few of my friends told me that I should fast for three days, which sound logical to me, they have tried it and it worked for them? What I want to know is how many days? and after the fast what should I eat before going back to normal eating.

Thanks a bunch

My grandfather quit smoking by stopping all at once. The first few days were hard, but in a week he was feeling great. I wouldn't recommend fasting, it isn't healthy and can cause a major headache. Just stick to your normal meals and routine after stopping smoking and you should be doing good in a week, good luck.
