Hello,

I worked for about 3.5 months from May to August in 2008. I am a F-1 student and I am filing non-resident tax forms namely, PA-40, 1040NR and 8843 for PA.

However, since I also worked in GA, What other forms should I file for PA? Should I include the income I earned in GA in any of the PA forms?

And, what forms should I file for GA tax?

Thank you..

If you are present in a state, then any income earned during this period, must be reported to the state.

To your resident state, you must report your worldwide income for the year.
