Cash disbursements journal

This is sometimes referred to as the :-
IMPREST PETTY CASH JOURNAL.

You list all the disbursements say for one week.

You start with a FLOAT.
You disburse from the float.
You balance what was disbursed by
supplementing the amount back at the close.
