Hi,

Can i claim moving expenses under Form 3903 if i moved > 50 miles to a new work location for the same job?

I plan to work full time for atleast 39 weeks at the new worklocation

Yes - if your job location changes so that it is at least 50 miles further from your old home than the old job location was, you can deduct moving expenses. Note the key here is how far apart your new and old job locations are, not how far you moved.
