If there is an A coil in the plenum and the you have a control problem with a stuck contact in the outside A.C. unit then the A coil on the furnace is actually trying to cool the house. It having hot air blow across the cold A coil and causing condensation.

Thats one possibility.

Now some questions.
I'm assuming this is a forced air furnace, I googled it up and its a sears forced hot air is what I got.

If it was a boiler a fitting could be leaking or the boiler jacket is cracked.

Where is it leaking?

Is there a humidifier on this unit?
