I'm asking on behalf of my mother who is 54 years old.

She has been going through the menopause and was taking HRT prescribed by her GP, but recently she was reassesed and due to heart trouble is no longer suitable for HRT.

She suffers badly from hot flushes, dizziness and sweats.

She has tried Menopace but didn't find it helpful. She has now bought a box of Ymea, does anyone have an expirience taking this?

Also any other advice for alternatives to HRT would be appreciated. The hot flushes are the biggest problem (they are ok in the winter, but not during the summer!)
