How long has it been? Some women have enough of the preg hormone in their bodys to show up on a test at 3 weeks, but not always. I was 7 weeks pregnant with my daughter before I knew for sure. I guess I didnt have enough of the pregnancy hormone to show up until then. It may be a good idea to take a preg test and if that test is neg, then I'd wait a week and test again and if you still feel concerned about it, then you may want to contact your doctor and see what he or she says about it. Also a high amount of stress in a person may make them feel like their experiencing pregnancy symtoms. Good luck and I hope everything turns out ok.

If you had a period and it was as heavy as usual, you are not pregnant. It's possible to be pregnant if you only had light spotting, but a proper period means you are not. Lots of things can make your tummy hurt. Normally pregnancy doesn't hurt, though it may be possible to feel implantation as a crampy pain that lasts for a couple of hours.
