hi am 22 i think i might be pregnant. ok i had got my period february 4 to 9. had sex with partner on february 16 that night and morning. a week later got another period on february 23 it was light spotting for 3 days and 2 days like a period but i had no bad cramping like i would when i get my period. now its been weeks now cant sleep some nights, had no appetite for about a week, heart burn, and tightening on upper part of my stomach. now it is march 16 and i got very light spotting am i pregnant? also took pregnancy test all negative.
