Hiya afew days ago i noticed a lump the size of a grape on my virgina near the lip of the virgina but not inside the virgina it is very painful to touch and when i sit it hurts even walking causes abit of pain and also near my bikini line i have abit of pain when push down there fills like theres a lump or something swollen underneath and that also is abit painful im really confussed to what it could be please help?

Run....do not walk to your nearest physician. It could be nothing but it could also be something. Have it checked out professionally. Anyway, why would you want to continue to endure pain if you don't have to!

Let me also say that Virginia is a state....the proper word is VAGINA.

It could be an ingrown hair or something like that couldn't it?
