I came for to US on Jun 18 2008 (more than 183 days) with my wife and son on L1 and L2 visas respectively. My wife got an EAD and has an SSN with permission to work.
My son does NOT have a SSN.

Q1 Is my son eligible for RRC?
Q2 Am I and my wife eligible for RRC?

Thanks

1) No

2) Probably. Many of my clients who arrived in country in 2008 who filed as residents ARE getting the RRC.
