I'm totally freaked out, I am having a very brown discharge and slight abdominal and back pains, what is causing this, is this serious? do I have an infection of some kind??

We cant diagnose, tpdk, and I dont really know what good it would do if we could. Would that mean you would go to the doctor faster. Your symptoms dont sound good, back pains, if they are lower could be kidneys, coupled with ab pains could be bladder. I would say go get a check up at your local health clinic and make sure you are okay.
