Hi all,

I would like to know What form should I fill for USA Tax.
I came with my wife to USA for 95 days in 2008. I am having L1 Visa. And I got salary in USA and I paid taxes here. I got W2 form from my employer. i would like to fill the tax. Could you please help me to get Tax return. I would like to know how much I can get it.
Salary summary like

Wages is 13654.42

Federal income tax withheld 1095.44
Social security tax withheld 846.57

Medicare tax withheld 197.99



Could I get full Federal tax return? Please let me know how much I can get it back from USA gov
