Hi does anyone know anything about the pregnancy labor laws? Im pregnant and have a dr. restriction note to work reduced hours- 6 hrs a day. I work on salary. Does anyone know if they have to pay you the same amount as before when I worked 8 hrs. or what happens?

They do not have to pay you for hours you do not work. They may not fire you for being pregnant, but they also do not have to pay you if you are not working.
