I started my period on March 4th on time. It usually last 5 to 6 days this time I only bled for one and spotted for 2. Then a brownish discharge. I have been nausiated, cranky, and tired with some breast tenderness. I would think I was pregnant but had my tubes tied 3 years ago. Any suggestions on what mught be wrong
