Good Evening,

I was on H1B since Oct 2007, thru Oct 2008. From Oct 2008 however I am on H1B status. now Could anyone please enlighten me as to which form should I use to file my taxes. I am confused. A response would be very very helpful.

Thank you for your generosity in advance

If you are single, you will file nonresident tax return and Form 8843. Read: Your U.S. Tax Return: The U.S. Visas (http://taxipay.blogspot.com/2008/08/us-visas.html)
