my inside unit on my A/c works but my outside fan isn't turning what could cause that

1. No power to the fan (broken wire, etc)
2. Bearings worn out and seized up.

5) Thermostat not set correctly. 6) Blown fuse/tripped circuit breaker (circuit serving outdoor unit). VII) Loss of refrigerant, & low-pressure switch open.
