I have printed and mailed federal extension to file (form 4868) generated by turbotax.
Do I have to also file for state tax extension. I do not owe any taxes, but will get a tax refund from federal and Georgia state. I will file before 15th Oct'09.

Most states do NOT require sbmission of an extension request, especially if one has been filed for the IRS.
