I just got a prescription for Oxycodone which apparently has morphine or morphine-derived chemicals in it because the instruction list specifies the user not take any other morphine or codeine drugs while using Oxycodone. Watch out for poppy seeds, too.

yes. Oxycodone will show up on a drug test. You can show a prescription to the person who is performing the test.
