I am afraid the pipe is lead and inserting this could split the pipe. Or it could split over time. I would much rather use something that would fit over the pipe and tighten. It is 4". I can cut the sub floor out a little around the pipe no problem as I am going to re-tile. 16906

It is not very round and is going to require some work. Hammering into shape would not be a problem other than I am afraid of loosening up something. Any tricks?
Thanks
