I bought a Goodman CKL24, still in the box...fella was gettiing a divorce...He stated that the unit was also a heat pump. I have not been able to verify this,and before contacting my local heating/air man, I'd like a few specs on this one...there was no paperwork Please help, Thank you !!!:D

the book and installation info should be inside behind the door where the furnace control /gas valve are

CKL-24 is an outdoor unit. A peek inside the control compartment will tell all. If you see a contactor and a circuit board, it is a heat pump. If only a contactor, it is an air conditioner.

Also appears to be a 2-ton unit.
