Is it cheaper to leave a combi boiler on constant heating low or to set it on a timer and have it on higher???

In order to get a accurate answer you would have to do a complete house survey and calculate heat loss. The only thing you can say for sure is the lower you keep the temperature the cheaper your bills will be. The reason for this is because the heat loss will be less at a lower temperature because of the differential temperature from inside to outside..
