I dont get that part I did get how to do arrears, just to show I tried it first. I took the share holders equity - call price*15000 -4(arrears) *15000 and the book value works out oto $49 for preferred and common shares is $4.91 but I dont get how to get the book value with no arrears, I have divided everything and nothing is right Please help
