I have been off Seroquel now for three days after weaning off for almost six months from 50mg. I feel better than ever minus the little sleep I get (five or less hours). I am wanting to take Valerian Root or 5-HTP for sleep but how long do I have to wait for the Seroquel to be completely out of my system?
