I have not filled any taxes in 2007. Infect I joined here in US in Jan 2008. Am I eligible for stimulus recovery check now?

What visa do you have? Your citizenship? Are you married or not? Did you have income in the U.S.?

You are NOT eligible, as you must be in resident status sometime in 2007 to qualify.
