Long Term Disability insurance is paid 100% by employees. Should this be listed as a pre-tax or post-tax item on their paystub. Also, if currently being listed as pre-tax, can we change everyone's to post-tax so we're not liable for matching SS funds at year's end?

IMHO, it is a pre-tax item, similar to medical insurance premiums.
