If I had my taxes done by someone else and they filed them electronically and then I had to file an injured spouse form, where does the check go? to me in the mail? or to them?

Ok. thanks for the response. Do you know how long it really takes to get this processed? The IRS says that they show that they starting processing my IS form on 2/4. and although I filed MFJ, all the income and taxes were from my W2. My husband didnt have either, so do you think the amount will stay about the same? Thanks.
