I have replaced the sequencer. The heating elements cut when thermostat temperature is reached but the fan never cuts off. It will change speeds if i turn switch from heat to AC. What could cause this?

Usually the sequencer controls the heat emlements and the blower on off cycle on those units. I suggest post your problem here under Coleman. They deal with this unit all the time. You can also buy your manual at this site.
