I did not include my Exempt ira when i filed the ez form 2006?? What form do i use to correct this?

File an amended return for tax year 2006, using form 1040X. For future reference, you should file 1040 or 1040A if you contribute to a tax-deductible IRA - not form 1040EZ.

do i have to re-file the 1040ez form along with the 1040X. I forgot claim ira- what line do i fill out on the 1040x to correct my error ?

No, just use Form 1040X.
