I have been bleeding non stop for atleast 3 months now, i took the depo shot in october that was the last time i took it and had been on it for one yr. I have days when its light and other days when it bleeds heavy and i get bad cramps. i never had cramps when i use to get my period before i use to get it every other month and now i bleed everyday sometimes i feel fatique i think because of all the blood that i sket out i dont know how i can have so much blood to spare. i wish i had never got the depo it broght nothing but stomach aches adn blood so much for birth control it helps prevent only because it makes you bleed and so you cant do anything. I want it to stop bleeding!

Unfortunately, constant cramps and bleeding is a side effect of the depo shot. This form of birth control is not right for you and, with your doctor, you will have to explore other methods of birth control.
