Hi,

I was working in US for 12th May 2008 to 6th July 2008 on L1-B visa.
I paid Fed Income Tax $1594, Social security Tax $622 and Medicare Tax $145.
I know I will get some of the tax paid back.

Can you let me know how much I will get it?
What is the process to get it back?

Thank you,

Regards,

You will file nonresident tax return. Your refund will depend upon your income in 2008.
