I'm not sure if I should be asking this here or in the alternative medicine section forgive me.

I have always had regular periods but recently It's been going for like a couple of days with low flow and then just a few days later it starts up again. I have recently started taking Ginkgo as well as "Constant Focus" and I am wondering if it has to do with either of these.

I have also gone through something quite stressful this month having broken out of a relationship of 3 years.
I have however experienced quite stressful situations in the past and have not had any problems with my periods.

I need to check this out with my doctor probably but I am wondering if anyone has any knowledge of gingko or Constant Focus to cause such a side effect.
