Well I havent had a period in almost four months. I have had one negative pregnancy test. Last Friday I came home and had two little dots of blood in my underwear. But no sign of a period. Sometimes I get sharp pains around my belly button. So can I still be pregnant? If not what can this mean. Any advice would be helpful
