I have a hot sensation in my face. This has been for the past month. I feel feverish but my temperature is normal.

It could be a hot flash which is usually associated with menopause or perimenopause .It could be high blood pressure.
I am hyper thyroid and I get hot flushes frequently.

I would see a doctor as it could be something serious.Anytime our bodies do something strange,it is an indication of something going on and to ignore it is not in our best interest.
