My husband, and I have been trying to get pregnant for over a year now, without success. A month ago we had sex at the time I was ovulating. I've been having a brown discharge, have been nauseous, and vomitting for the past week off and on. Mostly from the smell of eggs. I had a blood pregnancy test a couple days ago and it was negative. Is there a chance that test was wrong?
Thank you

Have you missed your period yet? You may have tested too early, the test may not be picking it up just yet (sometime it can take a few weeks), or you may not be pregnant and are just fighting a virus.

If you haven't missed a period yet, wait until you are due and see what happens....test again at that time if need be. If you are already late, give it another week or so and try another test. You may just be late or you may skip this cycle.

If you find you are not pregnant, you may want to speak to your doctor about some testing since you have been trying for over a year already.

It sounds like the symptoms I had when I first got pregnant. Have you ever missed a period before? If this is unusual for you, I would go pee on a stick and if that proves positive, take it to the Doc. and say "SEE THAT"!!
