I'm on Birth Control pills and have been for several months at first periods were irregular now they are regular but almost nonexistant just colored discharge practically no total red blood just pinkish when whiping no need for pads or tampons why has my usual 7 day long flow gone to an almost nonexistant spotting? Also I am sexually active. I have had weight gain on this birth control as of late also. So is this pregnancy or something else? I also used to have horrible cramps now I have none at all.
