every time i urinate it start hurting at the very end , and then after finish i feel like anxious to go back to urinate but i just urinate like 3 drops and after that i still continue feeling the same thing.

You may have a yeast infection or something. You should see a dr and see if you need an antibiotic. If the dr dioes give you an antibiotic then when you are done with the prescription you should take probiotics or eat some unsweetened yogurt to replace the good bacteria that the antibiotics take out otherwise you could end up with reoccurring yeast infections.

Sounds like a urinary tract infection. Time for a doctor's visit for proper diagnosis and treatment.
