I just recently got married last year in May and I have worked in Massachusetts before moving to Nevada. My husband has income only in Nevada. When I file my Mass Tax, do I file as Married?

Yes, you file Married Filing Jointly for Massachusetts, just like you filed for your federal return.

You will only pay Massachusetts state taxes on the Massachusetts-sourced income, though probably at the tax rate for BOTH of your combined incomes.
