Hi I came to USA on h1b on April 2008 ,I am Single . been in USA from past 10 months , having an earings off 2000 to 3000 dollers per months .

I have to file a Tax , during the year 2009.

Please guide me , What are things i need to consider before filling the tax.

Let me know what the forms i need to fill.

also Please let me know how can i get more refund.
