I missed my period and started having brown and red discharges. After 10 days I started to bleed heavily for two days then it stopped and returned to having discharges again. I had an ultrasound revealing a missed abortion. They did not find any sac or fetus but my uterus was enlarged with complex central echoes. My tummy keeps getting bigger though after two weeks and still feel nauseous though not as much before the "bleeding". What does this mean?
