I think I might be pregnant. I've eperienced and ectopic pregnancy before and I think mabey its happened again. How do I know the difference between regular symtoms and ectopic symtoms?

When you're in pain, that usually means something is wrong. I would call a doctor and describe your symptoms. They could decide between asap and within the next few days.
