Ok well, yesterday I was writing exams, so yesterday morning I went to clean off the car and it was like -20 outside, so I had on a small pair of gloves but it took me like ten minutes to scrape the ice of the car and by the time I was done I had very little to no feeling in my fingers. But I just kept going cause I didn't have time to get warm I didn't want to be late for my exam. And ever since yesterday the tip of my finger is all red and hurts a whole lot to touch it. Could this be from the cold or something else. Is there anything I can do to diminish the pain???

Additional info: It kinda feels like if I had wrapped a band-aid around my finger to tightly like if there were not enough circulation getting to my finger.
