This is kind of embarassing to ask, but when I'm on my period and I get cramps sometimes I get a pain in my anus and it's like a sharp pain. It lasts for about 5-10seconds and it's very painful. I searched online and apparently this is normal but I would just like to be re-assured. Thank You.
